If for any reason you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from glimmeris.com you may do so by shipping the goods back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of a defective product.

If you have received an incorrect product or a missing product, please contact our customer service center at  support@glimmeris.com  with your order number and take a picture of the product you received.
